Terms And Conditions

By participating in any recording session with Master of Exposure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

  1. Consent to Recording
    You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of providing informed consent. Participation in any recording session is voluntary, and all recordings are made with the mutual consent of everyone involved.
  2. Consent to Publication
    You acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media created during the session may be published online or otherwise made publicly available. By participating, you consent to the use and publication of your likeness, image, voice, and any personal information you voluntarily disclose during the recording.
  3. Public Distribution
    You understand and agree that once published, the content may be copied, shared, reposted, embedded, archived, or otherwise distributed by third parties through websites, forums, blogs, social media platforms, and other public or online media, whether or not such distribution is authorised by me.
  4. Acknowledgement of Public Exposure
    You acknowledge that publication of the content may result in widespread public exposure and may affect your personal, professional, or social reputation. You further understand that, once content has been published online, it may be copied, redistributed, or archived by third parties, making complete removal from the public domain difficult or impossible.
  5. Copyright Ownership
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Master of Exposure retains sole copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media created during the session. Participation in the recording does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights to you.
  6. Requests for Removal
    Any request to remove, edit, or otherwise alter published content may be submitted to Master of Exposure for consideration. Master of Exposure will consider such requests in good faith but reserve the right to approve or refuse them at his sole discretion.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in the recording session, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
